You may not need the perfect move-in-ready home if renovation financing fits your next purchase.
Thinking About Your Next Move?

Your next home doesn’t have to be perfect on day one.

Renovation loan options may help you buy and finance eligible improvements with one mortgage.

Hi,

If you’re thinking about selling your current home and moving into another one, you may be noticing that the homes you like either cost more—or need updates.

A renovation loan may allow qualified buyers to purchase a home and finance eligible repairs or improvements into the loan. I can help you compare FHA 203(k), Fannie Mae HomeStyle, and Freddie Mac CHOICERenovation options.

This may help if you want to:

  • Buy a home that needs updates instead of waiting for the “perfect” one
  • Finance eligible improvements after closing
  • Consider homes with dated kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, or paint
  • Plan a move without spending too much updating your current home first
