Not to mention he was able to get us rates that were a full percentage points lower than any of the other agents we contacted. Both Kenny and his team were incredibly responsive. We had a couple of urgent questions and Kenny would call me at the start of the East Coast business day which would have been like 5am for him. I don't know when he sleeps, because he was always there whenever I needed to talk with him! The rest of the team was also incredibly helpful and responsive. I never went more than half a day without having my questions answered. And they are all so friendly.
