With roots in Brentwood and Beverly Hills, she moved to the Central Coast in 1983 after completing her studies in Architectural and Landscape Design at the University of Oregon, later earning her Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Photography from Brooks Institute. Lori began her career as an Advertising Creative Director, managing major corporate and government marketing accounts before transitioning into real estate — a field that perfectly blends her business, design, and property management experience.

Licensed since 2003, Lori has built her career around helping clients make confident real estate decisions throughout Santa Barbara and along the Central Coast. Drawing on her family’s background in property development and her own investment experience, she brings both creative vision and practical expertise to every transaction.

A seasoned Realtor®, Lori spent over a decade with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (formerly Prudential California Realty), where she founded Santa Barbara Historic Homes — a specialized division focused on architectural and legacy properties. She later joined Keller Williams before aligning with her current brokerage, Knoepfli & Associates Property Connection, a boutique firm serving Santa Barbara and San Diego.
