About JJ
JJ recently retired from the U.S. Air Force after 8.5 years of active duty and 20 years of federal service. He finished his career as the Resident Agent in Charge of a Procurement Fraud Office, investigating contract fraud against the federal government. This background has shaped his greatest strengths: attention to detail, integrity, and strict compliance with contracts, regulations, and the law.
JJ also holds a Master’s degree in Film & Video from American University and brings extensive social media and digital marketing expertise to every listing.

About Stacey
Stacey has been a Realtor for 10 years and has successfully bought and sold more than $13 million in properties across five different states as the family moved for military and government assignments. Her broad experience across multiple markets and property types allows her to expertly guide clients in many different situations.
In addition to her real estate career, Stacey has also worked part-time as a postpartum doula, supporting clients during significant life transitions. Combined with her own personal experience with frequent relocations, she brings a strong sense of empathy, organization, and understanding to anyone navigating a major move.
