I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 1995, helping clients buy and sell homes, land, multi-family properties — and even a few churches — throughout my career. Over the years, I’ve also built three homes of my own, owned several vacant lots, and partnered in multi-family investments across five states.

My background gives me a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to evaluate and develop real property from every angle — from the dirt underfoot to the details that drive long-term value.

I’m not here to push anyone in one direction or another. My approach is to ask the right questions — the ones that lead people to the best solutions for their goals, timing, and comfort level.
