Meet Andrew Behneman. Andrew Behneman is the Broker and Owner of Cabrillo Team Realty and a lifelong Valley Center resident with more than 20 years of real estate experience and over 530 successful transactions.

Andrew serves buyers and sellers throughout Valley Center, Escondido, Fallbrook, San Marcos, and surrounding North County San Diego communities, as well as South Riverside County. His deep local roots and firsthand knowledge of the area give his clients a meaningful advantage when navigating the market.
