Libby has been a long-time resident of San Diego, having relocated
here following college. She got her start working for a foreclosure
broker back in the mid 90's, and has worked 100% by referral over the
past 30 years of her career. R.B. HALEY INC., named after her kids, Rex,
Brittney and Haley, was established in 2005, as a boutique real estate firm. PERSONAL CARE is what makes R.B. HALEY special. Purchasing a home can be very emotional and stressful, but also very exciting and rewarding.
