Fannie Mae HomeStyle
1–4 units for primary residences, 620 minimum credit score, minimum down payment may be 3% depending on property type.
Freddie Mac CHOICERenovation
1–4 units, 620 minimum credit score, renovation cost may be up to 15% of purchase price.
