Hi, I’m Diana Penate—a wife, mother of two young men, and one of five siblings. I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 33 years, working alongside attorneys, title companies, lenders, inspectors, closers, and everyone in between. This experience has given me a deep understanding of every aspect of a real estate transaction.

Now, as a real estate agent, I proudly serve the entire state of Delaware—from New Castle County to Sussex County. I’m confident in my ability to guide you through your real estate journey while making the experience as smooth, stress-free, and drama-free as possible.

Helping others is truly at the heart of what I do. Inspired by my 85-year-old mother’s background in sales and ministry, service has always been a core part of who I am.
